Quilter
Reinforcement-learning engine that auto-places and routes PCB layouts from existing CAD files, validated against physical constraints.
What it does
Quilter is physics-driven AI software for electronics engineers that automates PCB component placement and trace routing. It ingests existing Altium, Cadence, Siemens, or KiCAD projects, generates many candidate board layouts using reinforcement learning, and checks each against physical constraints like impedance-controlled nets and differential pairs before handing back fab-ready files in the original CAD format.
How to use: 1. Upload your existing ECAD project files. 2. Define the board outline, pre-place connectors, and establish the floor plan. 3. Submit to Quilter for automated candidate generation. 4. Review candidates and make adjustments. 5. Export to your CAD tool for final processing and fab file generation.
