Maestro Studio Desktop Beta
Open-source framework for automated end-to-end UI testing of mobile and web apps, with a paid cloud for parallel device runs.
What it does
Maestro is an open-source tool for end-to-end UI testing of mobile and web applications. Tests are written as human-readable YAML flows and run locally via the CLI or Studio at no cost. A paid device cloud runs those flows in parallel across hosted Android, iOS and web devices, and it integrates with AI coding agents via MCP.
How to use: Users can run tests locally using the Maestro CLI or the Maestro Studio Desktop app. Maestro Studio provides a visual interface to explore elements, record actions to generate test commands, and interact with MaestroGPT (an AI assistant) for command generation and support. Tests can be scaled by running them in parallel on Maestro's cloud infrastructure, and integrated into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
