Lyra 2.0 Nvidia
verifiedFreenvidia.com
An NVIDIA research project that generates explorable, 3D-consistent virtual worlds from a single image via camera-controlled video.
What it does
Lyra 2.0 is an NVIDIA research framework for generating persistent, explorable 3D worlds. From an input image and a user-defined camera trajectory it produces 3D-consistent walkthrough videos and lifts them into 3D (Gaussian Splats and meshes) that can be exported to physics engines such as Isaac Sim. It addresses spatial forgetting and temporal drift to enable long-horizon generation.
Core features
Image-to-3D-world generation
Camera-controlled walkthrough video
Feed-forward 3D reconstruction (3DGS and meshes)
Interactive GUI for trajectory planning
Export to physics engines (Isaac Sim)
Self-augmented training to correct drift
Best for
→Creating simulation-ready 3D environments
→Embodied-AI and robot-navigation simulation
→Generating explorable virtual scenes for research
