It trains on a store's catalog, policies, pages, and order data to answer customer questions in chat, recommend products through natural-language search, and handle order tasks such as tracking, self-service edits, and cancellations. When the AI cannot resolve a conversation, it hands over to a human agent with full context. Convi installs from the Shopify App Store in about five minutes, syncs products and policies automatically, and bills per AI resolution (a conversation the AI fully handled).
